...I chose the fillyjonk thumbnail because youtube chose it as one of the three auto generated thumbnails and i felt so put on blast that i HAD to.

He estado escuchando mucho este album desde la pasada semana; lo conocí por fantastic phantasm y admito que estaba poco convencido por el resto de canciones cuando las oí por primers vez, esperando algo distinto, pero mientras las sigo oyendo he aprendido a apreciarlas mucho. Me producen melancolía extraña de maneras diferentes. Fantastic Phantasm por una razón más extensa, pero esta canción en específico se siente como la calidez que viene del abuso. Ese momento en el que entiendes que esta mal, y te duele, pero ese abuso ya eres tu. Haz estado en ese punto tanto tiempo que ya eres tu. Es algo conocido que siempre va a recibirte por que eres su víctima favorita y tu te sientes acunado por dicho dolor. Claro, extrañas cuando todo estaba mejor, cuando no estabas en esa situación, pero tampoco quieres volver. Desde la primera vez que oí y vi la portads del album en Fantastic Phantasm me sentí muy representado por que no se siente que sea sobre la ira o el dolor del abuso, o viendolo desde un punto de vista histerico o romantizado; se siente que es sobre la resignación. Una resignación, a veces más entusiasta, a veces más cansada pero resignación al final del día. La expresión de bravocat -o asumo que es él, por lo que he leido-, lo que parece sangre saliendo de su boca, sus incluso su manera de estar dibujado (colores, trazos, la luz) acompañado por la música genuinamente hacen que se me anude el pecho de una manera muy extraña. Como un abrazo, una expresión efimera, algo que he sentido y cargo desde que tengo memoria conmigo pero nunca he podido ver de frente. Nunca había escuchado una canción convencional que tocara ese sentimiento super específico con el que yo vivo constantemente y menos esperaba que una canción (o un álbum completo) breakcore de entre todos lo tocará tan bien. En serio, gracias por este album, por este arte y por todo, definitivamente escucharé más cosas tuyas apenas pueda :']]
